How do we support new employees?
New employees are provided with an induction plan tailored to the respective position and experienced colleagues as mentors. Together with the employees, an individually tailored training plan is drawn up every year. Internal and external training courses can be used according to your own needs. The training courses serve both to improve the skills and abilities required for the position and to acquire additional know-how. Employees who want to take on more responsibility are encouraged and encouraged to do so.

Is there a trial work option?
Those who are interested in training as electronics technicians with us have the option of doing a trial job. In addition, there are several times a year the opportunity to get to know the working environment through applicant and career orientation days. We are also represented at numerous training and job fairs in the region and provide an insight into the company as part of school projects.
